As founder of The Hair Extension Bar™, Styles has built a business around a different approach: making hair extensions more manageable as part of everyday life. Through a membership-based model, member priced extension hair, predictable maintenance, and educated professionals, she is challenging the traditional approach to extensions. This approach has earned recognition two years in a row. The Hair Extension Bar was named Best Hair Extension Salon by San Diego Magazine in both 2025 and 2026.
